Wall Assembly

1. Framing: 5.5” 2x6, 24” OC Pre-cut blocking
2. Sheathing: 5/8” plywood Regular plywood, not T&G Leave an 1/8” expansion gap between Do not tape seams - will tape rigid insulation Stagger the screws between the plywood sheets Use 2” screws, 3/4” + 1-1/4” penetration
3. Insulation: 2” rigid XPS insulation Use shiplap insulation Tape all the seams Insulation is not screwed in, but being pushed in by furring strips Use adhesive to attach to plywood, prior to furring strips
4. Rainscreen: 3/4” furring strips If 3” screws are used, only 1/4” is left (2” + 3/4”). Need to countersink 1/4” -> to allow 1/2” screw embedding Use rubbery substance to seal each screw hole.
5. Cladding: 1/2” corrugated metal siding Attached using

Roof Assembly

1. 2x6 framing, 16” OC Act as rafters, screwed-in via top-plate
2. 5/8” plywood
3. 4” insulation
4. 3/4” furring strips
5. 1/2” corrugated metal

Total: 11.5”

Floor Assembly

1. Flatdeck trailer, 4-5’ off the ground, w/ girders
2. 5/8” pressure treated plywood - as base
3. 2x6 12”OC joists
4. 1.5” rigid insulation, flush with sill-plate
5. 3/4” hardwood/engineered flooring on top of insulation

Total: 8.5”, not including girders
